Digital setup for Greater Toronto businesses
Domain, DNS, email at your own domain and shared accounts, configured properly and held in the business’s name so nothing depends on one person’s phone.

Email at your own domain
An address ending in gmail.com or rogers.com tells a customer the business is small before they have read the message. We set up email at your domain on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, working on every device the team uses, with the sending records configured so mail lands in inboxes rather than spam folders.
Domain and DNS, done once and documented
The domain is registered or transferred into the business’s name, DNS is configured for the website, email and any services you rely on, and everything is documented so the next person to touch it knows what each record does. Most of the outages we are called to fix trace back to an undocumented DNS change.
Accounts that survive staff changes
Google, Meta, domain registrar, hosting and analytics accounts are created with a shared business identity, two-factor authentication and recovery details that belong to the business. When a staff member leaves, access is removed in one place rather than lost with their phone.
